2-Year Limited Warranty (24 Months)

We provide a 24-month limited warranty on all watches from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship, assembly, and functional components that are not caused by external damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.

What IS Covered

• Movement failure (e.g. NH35 stopping, running extremely inaccurate)

• Loose or misaligned hands

• Assembly issues (crown, chapter ring, bezel alignment)

• Dust or particles inside the dial or under the crystal upon delivery

• Any defect resulting from improper assembly on our side

What is NOT Covered

• Water damage

• Damage caused by drops, impacts, or shock

• Scratches on crystal, case, or bracelet

• Normal wear and tear

• Any damage caused by opening the watch yourself or by a third party

• Damage caused by modifications after purchase

• Battery life on quartz models (considered normal usage)

Warranty Process

To request warranty service, please provide:

• Order number or purchase date

• Clear photo/video showing the issue

• Your contact information for return instructions

If the issue is covered, repairs are free of charge.
If the issue is not covered, we can still offer paid repair options at a reduced customer rate.

Important Notes

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.

• If a part needs to be replaced, we use either original components or high-quality equivalents depending on availability.

• Water resistance is not guaranteed, as modded watches cannot be certified unless professionally pressure-tested.
